  • The Chief Engineer is a key member of the on-site management team which contributes greatly to the leadership and financial performance of the asset.  In this role, the team member is primarily responsible for the repair, improvement, and preservation of the asset as well as oversight of the engineering team. Specifically, the Chief Engineer is in charge of the mentoring and management of the engineering team, curb appeal, preservation and improvement of the asset, while delivering exemplary customer service.

  • The Construction On-Site Manager is a critical role that oversees the full-cycle of construction at a designated multifamily real estate holding. In this role, the team member will lead a team of In-House construction personnel, manage the day-to-day operations at the site, and oversee relationships with local and national vendors.
