TITLE: VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS

The Vice President of Operations is a multi-faceted leader who is a member of the Executive Team. In this role, the VP of Operations will directly lead a team of Regional Vice Presidents, the Director of Human Resources and the Director of Marketing. The VP of Operations is responsible for the property management, champions the vision and culture created by the CEO and COO, and directs the Company’s annual financial plan program.
Leadership: Commit and champion to recruit the best talent for the property operations team and supporting departments. Ensure Regional Vice Presidents, Director of Human Resources and Director of Marketing have the resources and direction needed to execute at the highest level possible.
