TITLE: REGIONAL MARKETING MANAGER
REPORT TO: VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING
FLSA STATUS: EXEMPT
The Regional Marketing Manager is a critical role that contributes greatly to the financial performance of a specific portfolio of real estate. In this role, the team member will lead the marketing and Company branding efforts at several properties, train and mentor on-site personnel in areas of traffic generation and successful salesmanship, oversee relationships with local and national advertising vendors, ensure systems are being utilized correctly and in compliance with company standards, and create, implement and monitor annual marketing financial plans for company holdings. The Regional Marketing Manager is also responsible to deliver exemplary customer service with the utmost professional demeanor, when interacting with residents, owners, community members, vendors, and corporate employees.
Marketing and Company Branding: Ensure each property has the marketing resources and direction needed to execute at the highest level possible. Stay abreast of advertising dollars and traffic sources, ensuring budgeted funds are being allocated wisely. Evaluate pricing and incentives at each property, make recommendations for adjustments and manage expectations of upper management and owners.
