TITLE: DIVISION PRESIDENT
REPORT TO: CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

The Division President is a multi-faceted leader who is a member of Senior Leadership. In this role, the Division President will directly lead a team of Regional Property Managers, the Director of Leasing and the Director of Marketing. The Division President is responsible for the property management division, champions the vision and culture created by the CEO and COO, and directs the Company’s annual financial plan program.
Leadership: Commit and champion to recruit the best talent for the property management team and supporting departments. Ensure Regional Property Managers, Director of Leasing and Director of Marketing have the resources and direction needed to execute at the highest level possible.
