TITLE: DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
REPORT TO: PRESIDENT
FLSA STATUS: EXEMPT
The Director of Operations is a member of senior leadership and is responsible for the property management of the company holdings. In this role, the senior leader will direct a team of Regional Property Managers and Regional Service Managers, manage asset preservation and improvement, identify threats in operating markets and create strategies to increase leasing momentum, ensure systems are being utilized correctly in compliance with company standards, and monitor annual financial plans.
Leadership: Commit and champion to recruit the best talent for the property operations team. Ensure Regional Property Managers and Regional Maintenance Supervisors have the resources and direction needed to execute at the highest level possible. Organize and host weekly team meetings with Regional Property Managers and Regional Maintenance Supervisors to recap standing, address concerns, communicate corporate messages, and celebrate successes.
