The Concierge is a highly visible role that contributes greatly to the value of the Resident living experience at the property. In this role, the team member is primarily responsible to furnish Resident’s with personalized services at the property, while delivering exemplary customer service and exhibiting a professional demeanor at all times.
Personalized Services: Assist Residents with recommendations for dining experiences and recreational events.
