TITLE: COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGER
REPORT TO: REGIONAL SUPERVISOR
FLSA STATUS: EXEMPT
The Community Association Manager (CAM) is a critical position that is responsible for the operations at an assigned real estate holding. In this role, the team member will lead the on-site team, administer the day-to-day homeowner relations, govern the HOA, and oversee community maintenance and administrative functions.
Leadership: Mentor members of the on-site team by managing the daily workflow, setting goals and monitoring performance. Evaluate the effectiveness of each Team Member; design employee recognition programs and direct Team Member development.
