Our Client is Seeking a Leasing Professional on the outer bands of Los Angeles, CA. The Leasing Associate is a highly visible role that contributes greatly to the financial performance of the property.  In this role, the team member is primarily responsible for the day-to-day leasing and marketing of the community, while delivering exemplary customer service.

Leasing:  Successfully manage the sales cycle by qualifying clients with a professional approach, setting on-site appointments during the telephone presentation, conducting property tours of model apartments and/or “ready” apartments, overcoming objections with confidence, closing sales consistently, conducting follow up by telephone and email with the intent to achieve two-way communication, completing approval paperwork and facilitating the move-in process. Attend on-going training to enhance sales skills, as directed by the Leasing Manger/Assistant Manager/Property Manager. Achieve, if not exceed, the company standard on Email/Telephone/In Person Mystery Shop Reports. Understand and comply with state, federal, and/or local Fair Housing Laws.

Marketing: Work with the Property Management Team to create successful multi-channel marketing strategies and participate in the weekly/monthly events. Develop property specific social media content to achieve high resident engagement and community awareness, while upholding the Social Media Standards set by the company. Administer market analysis, as guided by the Leasing Manager/Assistant Manager/Property Manager, to better understand current market and economic trends.

Customer Service: Approach all client and resident interactions with the desire to create a memorable experience. Handle resident concerns proficiently and seek out upper management, as necessary. Partner with the Service Team to ensure Service Requests are efficiently reported in a timely manner and followed up on. Intermingle with vendors, community members, and corporate employees in a professional manner.

KNOWLEDGE:

At least one (1) year leasing experience or three (3) years in a sales/customer service driven industry. Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and savvy social media skills.  Experience in property management software (Yardi, Onesite, Entrata) is a plus.
