Our client is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to be based in Atlanta, GA. The Regional Maintenance Supervisor is a multi-faceted leader who oversees several on-site maintenance teams throughout a specific portfolio of real estate. In this role, the team member will lead a team of Maintenance Supervisors, manage asset preservation and improvement, oversee capital projects and vendor relations, ensure systems are being utilized correctly in compliance with company standards, and create, implement and monitor annual maintenance financial plans for company holdings. The Regional Maintenance Supervisor is also responsible to deliver exemplary customer service with the utmost professional demeanor, when interacting with residents, owners, community members, vendors, and corporate employees.

Key Essential Functions

Must have strong leadership skills, be able to work independently, and handle a project-based work load with big-picture focus.
Responsible for maintenance as well as renovations and various aspects of new construction
Establish, implement, train, and monitor maintenance guidelines for the maintenance teams, including, but not limited to, safety on the job, preventative maintenance, make ready, scheduling techniques, and HVAC.
Ensure that interior/exterior maintenance, capital improvements, purchasing, and workplace safety are performed in accordance with company standards and procedures and in accordance with local, state, and federal laws.
Managing and overseeing the community’s maintenance and preventive maintenance functions, including the general community appearance and physical condition of all structures; focus areas include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry and community amenities.


Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical and procedural manuals and regulations.
Must possess an extensive working knowledge of all aspects of multifamily property maintenance.
Construction Knowledge Preferred
Five (5) or more years of supervisory experience in a facilities management or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Have Universal H.V.A.C. certification with a strong understanding of electrical, as well as the ability to read blueprints, prepare contracts and forecast/budget.
Working knowledge of local building codes and OSHA standards, including but not limited to, Hazmat, EPA, and Universal Waste protocols, is preferred.
Possession of a valid, state-issued driver’s license and safe driving record is also required.
