Question: How long is your typical Executive Search?

Answer: As is the case in most consulting based services, successful closure to an Professional Executive search depends largely on the client’s schedule and their internal process of interviewing, performing additional credentialing, and contract development. As such, the length of an executive search is not completely indicative of our efficiency. Typically we complete a target list within 7 days of search agreement. Conduct 2 rounds of interviews with potential candidates within 20 days of search agreement.

Question: What is your success rate in Executive Search?

Answer: Overall we boast an unprecedented 98% post-hire, first year retention rate and stand behind all of our work with a longstanding guarantee. in 2017, we had a 99% success rate. Every one of the candidates we placed in 2017 were still leading contributors with our client companies on October 30th, 2017. Part of our success is sticking with what we know best and that is Property Management and Hospitality recruiting.

Question: What are your fees?

Answer: Our fee ranges from 15% - 20% of a candidate’s first year’s compensation package.

Question: What information do you need from me to start a search?

Answer: Our first step always involves a personal, in-depth meeting with your key hiring decision makers. This can be done via a phone call. These sessions enable us to become knowledgeable about the position, its responsibilities, the experience and personal requirements for the successful candidate, and to understand the way in which this position relates to your operation. Also, this helps us to assure that the candidates submitted, not only has the required skills and qualifications, but the ability to work effectively with peers, supervisors and subordinates. This detailed knowledge is needed so that we are effective in presenting the viability of this opportunity to the candidates.

Question: How do you find candidates?

Answer: We have a dedicated Research team with over 25 years of specialization in Property Management and Hospitality. Since 2013 we have developed a database of contacts and relationships. Our database includes industry executives, employees, consultants, associations, and research sources.

Question: What happens if a placement quits or is let go? Do you have a guarantee?

Answer: Yes! If during the first 60 days of employment the hired candidate resigns or is discharged due to performance issues, we will issue a refund of the fee if we are unable to replace the candidate within 30 days. Specific terms of the refund will be outlined in the placement agreement.
